Small Shop Development services

When we think about a small shop development office, there are three or fewer people on the team. But in truth, "small shop" is a subjective term. You may have many more than three people in your shop, and yet it feels under-resourced and, therefore, small.

Jill works with small teams or one-person shops at the intersection of skill-building, prioritization, project management, and leadership mentoring.
